Terms and Conditions

Shopping via the Best Beverage Company website is designed to be simple, informative and safe. Please read the following Terms and Conditions which apply for all online sales processed through this website.


All orders are supplied subject to product availability. We will contact you immediately to advise of any delays in processing your order should they arise.


We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. Purchases will show on your credit card statement as ‘SHQ Best Beverage’.

Our credit card payments are processed by Swipe HQ using their secure online payment facility. All details are protected by the latest security encryption and are only used for the purpose of the transaction.

All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Product prices exclude delivery costs which are added when you reach the shopping cart.

Delivery, Times and Locations

Best Beverage Company delivers to addresses within New Zealand only. We ship orders by Castle Parcels which are tracked for delivery.

Orders totalling over $50 are freight free. Orders totalling less than $50 will incur a flat rate delivery cost of $5.

We always aim to deliver orders within the shortest time possible. You can generally expect delivery within 2 working days for Auckland addresses, 3 working days for North Island addresses and 5 working days for South Island addresses.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please email drinks@bestbeverage.co.nz or use the form on the Contact page.

Please take care to provide accurate address details, including additional instructions about where to leave the order if you will not be home. If you are not home to take delivery, your order will be left at the delivery address.

We will not be liable for failure to deliver when the delay has been due to causes beyond our control, but will always do our best to keep you informed of any problems.

Cancellations, Refunds and Replacements

Once your order has been processed, there are no cancellations apart from at our sole discretion. Products are non-refundable unless they are damaged and you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If your order is received damaged, we will generally arrange to replace it at our expense. Please email drinks@bestbeverage.co.nz or use the form on the Contact page to advise us about any problems with your order as soon as possible.

Privacy and Information Use

This website collects and stores personal information for the sole purpose of allowing us to process your order and contact you regarding this order. The website also uses ‘cookies’ which may be required to be enabled in order for you to transact an order.

This information will not be sold or provided to any third parties for any reason other than the transacting and delivery of your order.

We may wish to use the information to promote and market our products, but will only do so with your express consent. Any such emails or texts will always include an ‘unsubscribe’ facility.

Links to other websites are offered for your convenience to provide additional information, but we can take no responsibity for the content on linked websites.

Should you wish to review the information we hold on you, you have the right to request a copy. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is protected and that we comply with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1993.


Placing an order through the Best Beverage Company website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a delivery at any time.

Best Beverage Company is a 100% New Zealand owned business. Use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of New Zealand.
